If you didn’t know (and if you didn’t… What? Are you living under a rock?) Two of my blogger buddies Rhett Fleitz (The Fire Critic) and John Mitchell (Fire Daily) created a fire-service type podcast appropriately titled “The Firefighter Net Cast” (http://www.FFnetCast.com) They have a few offerings, but the one that I’ve most often participated with is their live, call-in format.
Well tonight, I’m going to put my money where my mouth is and join Rhett and John on the FF NetCast LIVE at 9pm EST. Just head to Http://www.FFnetCast.com and log in. You can also find it on BlogTalkRadio.com. Our topic is “Old School vs. New School and Social Media and it’s exploring how the wave of internet content and social media is revolutionizing the fire and EMS world.
(Hint: I’m for it)
So come on over and have yourself a listen. Call in too if you’d like to speak with Rhett, John, or I. There’s a chatroom as well if you care to chat about me behind my back whilst you’re listening to the “Netcastular” (That’s John’s word.. I think it looks kinda dirty… just me?) broadcast. Also, and this is pretty big. Thaddeus Setla, some of the Einstein level brain-power behind the Chronicles of EMS is going to do an on air interview. That’s going to be cool.
That’s 9pm EST at Http://www.FFnetCast.com – Or, if you can’t make it. Be sure to head over there to listen to the recorded podcast. It’s gonna be a hoot.
